Should I wait to join until I'm making more money?
I understand the instinct, but I'd gently push back on it. Waiting until the business is working better to get support is a bit like waiting until you're in shape to join the gym.
If something isn't going the way you hoped, that's not a reason to stay out of the room. That's the exact reason to be in it. September's calendar alone covers finding your next market and analyzing a deal together, and October we're looking at what your pricing is trying to tell you.
You don't have to have it figured out before you get support. That's backwards.
How do I explain this to my husband?
Fair question, and you shouldn't have to feel like you're asking permission.
Here's the case I'd make: $247 is less than one night's rate on most properties. One decision made with experienced input instead of a guess can cover a year of membership. So can one property you don't buy because you talked it through with someone first.
This isn't a subscription for inspiration. It's a room where the expensive decisions get pressure-tested before you make them.
I already own an Airbnb. Shouldn't I have this figured out by now?

Can I cancel anytime?
If you join during the August Grand Reopening, you lock in $97/month. After September 1, regular pricing of $247/month applies to new members. Your $97 rate is yours for the life of your membership — it never goes up. If you ever cancel and decide to rejoin later, you'll come back in at the regular rate of $247/month.
